  • 4-5 (1/2 lb.) bags carrots, sliced
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 t. garlic salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • 2 T. horseradish
  • 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Jack cheese
  • Bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Cook carrots. Mix together mayonnaise, garlic salt, lemon pepper and horseradish. In a 9x13 inch pan layer half the carrots, all mayonnaise mixture, 1/2 cheddar cheese, rest of carrots and rest of cheddar cheese. Top with Jack cheese. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
