Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. cans black beans, drained
- 1 16 oz. can corn
- 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes & green chiles
- 1 8 oz. jar medium or mild salsa
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 6 Tb. lime juice
- salt and pepper to taste
