  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 Tbsp cream cheese, ready at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups ice

Step 1


Place all ingredients into container in the order listed and secure the lid. Select variable speed 1, turn machine on, increase speed to Variable 10, and then to High.
Remove the lid plug and use the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades. After about 45 seconds the sound of the motor will change and four mounds should form. When this occurs, stop the machine. Do not over mix or melting will occur. Serve immediately.
