Angel Lush Cake with Pineapple

Ingredients
- 1 4 ounce package jello vanilla instant pudding/pie f
- 20 ounce crushed pineapple in juice; undrained
- 1 cup Cool Whip; thawed
- 10 ounce round angel food cake
- strawberries; for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple with juice in a medium bowl. Gently stir
in whipped topping.
Cut cake horizontally into three layers.
Place bottom cake layer, cut side up, on serving plate. Spread 1-1/3 cups
of pudding mixture on cake layer. Cover with middle layer. Spread 1 cup of
pudding mixture onto middle cake layer. Top with remaining cake layer.
Spread with remaining pudding mixture. Refrigerate at least one hour or
until ready to serve.
