Chicken and Sun Dried Tomato Pizza

Ingredients

  • Ready to bake pizza dough
  • 5 tblsp sun dried tomato pesto (Classico makes a nice one)
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 lb thinly sliced mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400. Bake dough for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with the tomato pesto and layer with the turkey and mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden. Remove from oven and top with the basil.
