- 2 tblsp ranch dressing
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper
- 6 potatoes cut in bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450. Line a shallow baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine ranch dressing, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and stir to coat. Spread potatoes in a single layer in pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are browned and crisp.
