Ingredients
- 4 C MASHED SWEET POTATOES
- 3 EGGS
- 2/3 C SUGAR
- 1/4 C MILK
- 1/2 C BUTTER
- 1 TSP CINNAMON
- 1 T VANILLA
- TOPPING;
- 1/2 C BUTTER
- 1/2 C FLOUR
- 1 C BROWN SUGAR
- 1 C PECANS, CHOPPED
- 1/2 BAG COCONUT

Preparation
Step 1
MIX INGREDIENTS AND BAKE AT 500 IN GREASED 9 X 13 PAN FOR 15 MINUTES.
MIX TOPPING INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND "CRUMB" ON TOP OF CASSEROLE. BAKE AT 350 ADDITIONAL 25 MINUTES.
