Pork Roast With Peach Luau Sauce

Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 2 lb Boneless Pork Loin Roast
- 1/2 a 15 Oz Can of Peaches, drained
- One third cup Catsup
- One third cup Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce, la choy is gluten free
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic Minced
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Salt
- dash Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine sauce ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Set aside.
Place roast, fat side down in a shallow baking pan.
Bake roast for 30 minutes then pour sauce over roast. Return roast to oven and bake 30 more minutes
