Three Cheese Macaroni

This is my favorite and has been kid tested. Travis hasn't had it yet though so I guess the jury is still out!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 oz American cheese, cubed
- 8 oz Sharp cheddar, shredded
- 8 oz mozzarella, shredded
- 20 Ritz crackers, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Cook macaroni, drain and return to pot. Add milk, melted butter and salt. Stir in cheeses and transfer to a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with crushed crackers and bake 5 minutes more or until crackers are browned and mixture is just heated through. Do not overheat or mixture will curdle.
