Homemade Creamed Corn

Crazy simple and delicious, my whole family loves this Homemade Creamed Corn. Try it, I'm certain yours will too!

Ingredients

• 2 ears corn
• 1 cup 2% milk
• Sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Scrape the cobs to release the corn "milk". Bring to just below a boil and simmer for 35 minutes until the milk begins to thicken.
