Creamy Chicken and Stuffing Bake

  • 2-4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 C. Milk
  • 1/2 C. Chicken broth
  • 6 oz box chicken stuffing
  • 3 T. Melted butter
  • 1/2 C. Chicken broth



Step 1

Cover chicken breasts with water & add seasonings such as chicken boulion, poultry seasoning and salt an pepper. Cook until juices run clear. Drain, reserving broth. Cut chicken into small pieces and place in 1 1/2 qt greased baing dish. Combine soup, milk and 1/2 c. broth. Pour over chicken. Combine butter and 1/2 C. broth. Stir in stuffing and sprinkle on soup mixture. Cover & bake @ 350 degees for 35 minutes.
