Ingredients
- 4 Oz fettuccine noodles
- 1/2 Lb medium shrimp peeled & deveined
- 1 Clove garlic minced
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 14 1/2oz can chunky tomatoes (pasta style)
- 1/2 C whipping cream
- 1/4 C sliced green onions

Preparation
Step 1
Cook fettuccine according to package directions and drain. Saute shrimp w/garlic in oil. Just until shrimp are pink. Stir in tomatoes, simmer 5 minutes. Blend in cream & green onions, heat through. Do not boil. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
