Ingredients

  • 1

    (8) ounce package cream cheese (softened)

  • ½

    cup mayonnaise

  • 6 ounce container shredded Parmesan cheese

  • 1

    lemon/juice from one lemon

  • ½

    teaspoon gariic powder

  • 1

    can artichoke hearts (in water - not marinated in oil)

  • ½

    cup breadcrumbs

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Drain the artichoke hearts. Cut /mince artichoke hearts. 3. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, 3/4 of the container of shredded Parmesan cheese, lemon juice and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix the cut artichoke hearts in the cream cheese mixture. 4. Put into an oven safe dish. 5. Combine the bread crumbs with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on the artichoke/cream cheese mixture. 6. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. 7. serve with pita bread, pita chips, tortilla chips, or sliced French bread. Mix it up and add lobster, crabmeat or spinach!
