Ingredients
- 2 lemons, washed
- 2 oranges, washed
- 1 1/2 c water
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 2 1/4 c brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp curry
- 1/2 tsp each – ginger, cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp each – cloves, allspice
- 6 c cranberries
- 1 large apple, cored and diced
- 1/2 c raisins

Step 1
Remove the outer, colored peel from lemons and oranges. Cut into strips the peels of only 1 lemon and 1 orange. Remove the seeds, dice the fruit (cubed) and set aside
Combine water, vinegar, sugar and spices in a large pot; simmer gently for 20 min. Add 2 c of cranberries, simmer for 20 min. then add 2 more cups and cook for an additional 20 min.
Add the last 2 c. of cranberries along with the lemon and orange peel, the diced fruits, and raisins; cook for 20 more minutes
Chill. Serve as accompaniment to turkey, ham or beef or makes a good sandwich
