Easy Southern Banana Pudding

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkgs (4 serving) Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie filling
  • 30 Nilla wafers
  • 3 medium bananas sliced
  • 1 tub 8oz Cool Whip Topping thawed

Step 1

Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk for 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes.

Arrange half of the wafers on the bottom and up the side of a 2 quart serving bowl (I use a Triffle dish). Top layers of each of the banana slices and the pudding. Add a thin layer of cool whip topping. Repeat ending with a thick layer of cool whip topping. Garnish with walnuts (optional)

Refrigerate for 3 hours
