Ingredients
- Mustard BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 c dijon mustard
- 3 tbs honey
- 1 tbs light brown sugar
- 3 tbs rice-wine vinegar or cider vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Tabasco
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- Salmon
- 4 filets, 8 oz each
- 2 tbs canola oil
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
BBQ Sauce
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours. Bring to room temp before using.
Salmon
Heat grill to high.
Brush salmon on both sides with the oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill salmon on each side until golden brown and cooked medium well done. About 4 minutes per side, brushing with sauce every few minutes. Remove the salmon from the grill and immediatley drizzle with more sauce.
