Easy Pumpkin Pie

  • 1 large pkg jello vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cp pumpkin or squash
  • 1 baked pie shell



Step 1

Combine pudding, sugar, spice, milk, egg and pumpkin in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into baked crust. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
