Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. thin noodles, such as linguine
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 5 carrots. peeled & grated
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and shredded
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- Chinese Peanut dressing
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strings
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles until tender, rise under cold water and toss with 1 t. sesame oil.
Mix all together - Add dressing when ready to serve
