Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups Flour or use bread flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking soda
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 3 cups Sugar
- 1 cups Oil
- 4 ea Eggs
- 2/3 cup Water
- 2 cups Pumpkin, Canned (dont' use full 2 cans, just 2 cups!)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Grease & flour a loaf pan
Sift all of dry ingredients together
Mix all of the wet ingredients together
Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Mix well until all is smooth
You can add finely chopped nuts at this point if you want them
Pour into 2 different greased & floured pans
Bake at 350 for 60 minutes
Bread is done when toothpick comes out clean
