Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 3 tbsp brown sugar substitute
- 6 tsp white sugar substitute
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- egg substitute to equal 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp each of ginger, cloves and allspice
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 6 tbsp flour

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend well for 3 - 5 minutes.
Pour into a 9 or 10 inch deep dish pie plate.
Bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centre comes out clean.
