  • 1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. milk
  • salt
  • 1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parm
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Step 1

Preheat oven to 500. In small bowl mix milk and salt. In seperate bowl mix the breadcrumbs,cheese, and thyme. Dip fish into milk then press into breadcrumds. Place in baking dish,drizzle with butter. Bake for about 15 minutes.
