Shrimp Scampi

  • Shrimp (your choice of how much)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 box Pasta

Step 1

Put 3 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and heat it.
Once heated, put about 3 cloves worth of minced garlic in the pan and sear for a minute. Then add the shrimp and also a pinch of black pepper and salt to taste. The shrimp should cook within about 5 minutes. I also added some fresh parsley and chives from my garden.
When the shrimp are almost done, add 1/4 cup of fresh squeezed lemon juice (It only took me 1 lemon), add the noodles absorb the lemon and shrimp flavor.
