Ingredients
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp BP
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 C frozen corn, thawed
- 1 C fat free skim milk
- 1 C (4oz) shredded smoked cheddar
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1 whole egg, beaten
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs chili powder

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, BP, and salt in large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in corn, milk, cheese, egg whites, egg, green onion, garlic and chili powder until well blended.
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over med-high heat.
Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls into skiller. Cook 3 min per side or until golden brown. Serve with salsa, if desired.
