Marinated Green Bean & Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Azteca salad tortilla shells
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen cut green beans
  • 1 pkg (8 oz) mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • ½ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 cups cooked, diced chicken
  • ½ cup prepared Italian dressing
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 8 wedges

Preparation

Step 1

Bake Salad Shells and set aside

Cook beans in med. Saucepan with ½ cup water until crisp tender. Rinse with cold water; drain

In large bowl mix together beans, cheese, onion, chicken and dressing. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

Place in shells and top with tomato wedges
