Ingredients
- SALAD
- 1 bag American Blend Dole Mix
- 5 slices red onion
- 1 can black olives chopped or sliced
- 4 pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 cup or more croutons
- 1 tomato, chopped
- parmesan cheese, freshly grated
- DRESSING
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or clove
- 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Combine salad ingredients and toss.
Whirl all dressing ingredients in the blender and pour over salad, coating well. Toss if desired.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top and serve.
