Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in a resealable plastic bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet at 450 for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
