Tomato, Caper & Scallion Sauce

This sauce was very good. We served it on Salmon, then the next day, I had it over leftover chicken & it was very good both ways.
There are no amounts on the ingredients, just eyeball it. I started with a pint of cherry tomatoes, quartered, & went from there...

- Cherry Tomatoes, halved or quartered
- Capers
- Scallions, chopped
- White Onion, chopped
- Garlic, chopped
- Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped
- Salt
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Lemon Juice

Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Allow to sit at room temperature for awhile for the flavors to blend.
