Baked Potato Soup in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients

1 c mashed potatoes
1/2 c flour
1 egg beaten
1/2 t salt
bread cubed
sour cream
saurkraut

Details

Preparation

Step 1

mix together mashed potatoes, flour, egg and salt.

Drop by teaspoon into boiling water with salt added.

Brown bread cubes in frying pan with oil.

Serve with sour cream and or saurkraut.
