Horseradish Sauce

  • 1 small onion, peeled and minced
  • 2 T fresh basil, minced OR 2 tsp dried basil, crushed
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • ¾ cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup prepared horseradish


Servings 3


Step 1

Peel onion, mince and soak in milk to cover for 30 min. – drain well

Combine onion with the basil and sour cream, mayo and horseradish

Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
