Terri's Shrimp Dip

Make the day before you want to serve (you can make it in the morning & eat at night)...however, best the day after. To make more, for every 8 oz of cream cheese, use 1 can of shrimp & 2 tbls of mayo.

Ingredients

  • 2 - 8 oz packages of cream cheese
  • 4 - heaping tablespoons of mayo
  • 2 cans of shrimp, drained (get the tiny shrimp..they are
  • cheaper
  • dash of Worcestershire
  • Tabasco to taste - it will take more than you think-sample
  • tops of green onions - chopped (depends on how many you like..when i use 3 cream cheese & 3 cans of shrimp, i use entire bundle of green onions like you buy in store)
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp - 1 tsp per cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese in microwave.

Stir in mayo, Worcestershire, Tabasco & lemon juice.
Stir until creamy.

Stir in shrimp...i mash mine up

Add onions

Taste and add whatever is missing




This should sit over night.
