Ingredients
- 3 lbs new potatoes (halved)
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/3 mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 6 sliced scallions
- salt & pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Steam potatoes until tender (15-20 minutes); let cool. Toss with next 5 ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for up to 8 hours before serving.
