  • 1/4 cup minced Onion
  • 1.5 tsp Curry Powder
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 3 TBS Flour
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 tsp Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp Ginger
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 cups diced, cooked Chicken
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Cooked White Rice

Step 1

Saute onion and Curry Powder in Butter.

Add Flour, Salt, Sugar and Ginger. Blend and heat until smooth and bubbly.

Add Chicken Broth and Milk. Stir and bring to a boil.

Add Chicken and Lemon Juice. Heat through and serve over rice.
