Cauliflower Goat Cheese Mash

Vegetable, cauliflower, goat cheese

Ingredients

• 1 cauliflower cut into florettes
• 1/2 cup soft goat cheese
• 2 T. chopped green chives or parsley
• salt and pepper
• 2 T. sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

Steam cauliflower until tender, and then mash in bolw...add rest of ingredients and serve immediately, or cool and refriderate and then reheat.
