  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 lbs potatoes, cut in half or fourths

Step 1

Heat oven to 425. Coat baking sheet with non stick spray. Stir together oil, rosemary, garlic powder, onion, and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.
