Ingredients
- 1 T Olive Oil
- 8 boneless center cut pork chops
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 t salt
- 1 t packed brown sugar
- 1 t grated orange peel

- 2 T cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Brown chops in oil on all sides.
Spray inside of Crock Pot.
Stir next ingredients to together and place in Crock Pot.
Coat chops well.
Cook:
LOW 6-8 hours
Remove chops:
And the cornstarch ,with water to sauce into skillet.
Stir and simmer about 5 minutes until thickened.
Spoon over chops and serve.
