Tuna Salad

  • 8 oz. macaroni (1 3/4 cup)
  • 1/2 T olive oil
  • 4 t lemon juice
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/4 c diced green onion
  • 3/4 c mayo.
  • 1 lg. can tuna (12 1/2 oz.)
  • 1/2 t dill weed
  • 1 c frozen peas, thawed


Servings 6


Step 1

Cook macaroni according to package directions: drain and rinse in cold water. In large bowl, toss elbows with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill and serve on lettuce leaves if desired.
