Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. strong vinegar
- 1 teas. cloves
- 1 teas. cinnamon
- 1 teas. allspice
- cooked red beets

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Add cooked beets to syrup and cook for 10 minutes. Put in jars and process 20 minutes.
