Ingredients
- 1 tsp vege oil
- 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soupd, undiluted
- 2 C uncooked mac, cooked and drained
- 1 can (16oz) corn, drained
- 1/2 C chopped onion
- 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbs ketchup
- 1 Tbs mustard
- salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Heat oil in medium skillet: cook turkey until browned. Transfer mixture to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Stir to blend. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
