Ingredients

  • 1 tsp vege oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soupd, undiluted
  • 2 C uncooked mac, cooked and drained
  • 1 can (16oz) corn, drained
  • 1/2 C chopped onion
  • 1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbs ketchup
  • 1 Tbs mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in medium skillet: cook turkey until browned. Transfer mixture to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients to slow cooker. Stir to blend. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
