Artichoke Cassarole

  • 1/2 lb cream cheese
  • 2 T butter
  • 6 T milk
  • Pepper
  • 3 packages frozen artichokes
  • 3 packages frozen spinach or 1 1/2 pound fresh
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese.


Servings 4
Cooking time 40mins


Step 1

Cook artichokes and spinach.
Preheat oven to 375'
Blend first four ingredients in separate bowl.
Place artichokes at bottom of 2 quart cassarole dish.
Layer spinach on top.
Spread cream chesse mixture over spinach.
Cover with grated cheese.

Bake for 40 minutes
