- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 2 T butter
- 6 T milk
- 3 packages frozen artichokes
- 3 packages frozen spinach or 1 1/2 pound fresh
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese.
Cooking time 40mins
Cook artichokes and spinach.
Preheat oven to 375'
Blend first four ingredients in separate bowl.
Place artichokes at bottom of 2 quart cassarole dish.
Layer spinach on top.
Spread cream chesse mixture over spinach.
Cover with grated cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes
