Beef Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, dried
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onion over medium-high heat in skillet, drain and return to pan
Season with salt and pepper
Add undrained tomatoes and 1 cup water to beef, bring to a boil
Stir in macaroni
Cover and simmer, 10 mins
Remove from heat, stir in cheese
