Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 3/4 c flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • salt 1/2 nutmeg
  • 3 eggs room temp
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2/3 c pumpkin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 c nuts, chopped
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vailla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs for 3 miinutes. add sugar, pumpkin, lemon juice and nuts.
Sift, and fold in dry ingredience.
Bake 375 jelly roll pan lined with buttered waxed paper.
Bake for 15 minutes.
While warm., turn out onto thin powder sugared dish towel, remove waxed paper, roll small end into log., let cool.

Unroll, frost, reroll and cool on platter, frost and spinkle with nuts.
