Ingredients
- 1 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1 T oil
- 3 c cottage cheese
- 12 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 c pumpkin
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 3/4 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 1 c chocolate chips, melt

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar, and oil with a little water and press into a greased 9 inch spring form pan.
2) Beat cottage cheese, cream cheese, sugar, and cornstarch. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Set aside 1 1/2 c batter.
3) Add pumpkin, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
4) Add cocoa and chocolate chips to reserved batter.
5) Pour pumpkin mix into pan. Spoon chocolate mix on top. Swirl with knife.
6) Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand in oven with oven off for 30 min. with door closed. Remove and cool for 3 hours.
