Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breat halves
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 teas. finely shredded lime peel
- 1 medium orange
- 1/8 teas. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teas. ground ginger

Step 1
In a large skillet cook chicken and garlic in butter over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Combine lime peel, lime juice, ginger, and red pepper in a bowl; set aside.
Peel orange, reserving juice, but orange in half lengthwise then, cut crosswise into slices. Add any reserved orange juice and the lime juice mixture to skillet. Place orange slices on top of chicken. Cook covered, 2 minutes. Spoon any reserved drippings over chicken to serve.
