Ingredients
- 3 lb. shrimp, cooked and deveined
- 1 small jar capers, drained (optional)
- 2 small (I used 1 large and it was plenty) onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- ¾ cup tarragon vinegar
- ½ cup salad oil
- 2 dashes garlic powder
- 1 T. sugar
- 2 T. water
- ½ t. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of Tobasco

Step 1
Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients except shrimp, capers and onions. Immerse shrimp, capers and onions in marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours, mixing periodically. Serve drained on a bed of chilled parsley either with or without sauce.
