Asparagus with Brown Rosemary Breadcrumbs
- 1 pound Asparagus
- 3 tbls Butter
- 1/2 tsp Chopped Fresh Rosemary
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1 tbls Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Zested LemoRed Pepper Flakes
1. In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. add garlic and breadcrumbs and saute about 5 minutes, until butter begins to brown, being careful not to burn.
2. Fold in parmesan cheese, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over grilled asparaus. Serve immediately.
