Honey Garlic Chicken
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 garlic cloves minced (I use the bottles minced garlic)
- 1 teaspoon whole grain or smooth dijon mustard
- 2 - 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 375 F. Mix honey with butter, garlic and mustard, mashing butter to help blend. Place chicken on a lightly greased shallow dish or pie plate. Season with salt and pepper and smear half the butter mixture on chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes. Spoon the rest of the mixture on chicken and cook 20 to 25 minutes longer.
