- 2 rhubarb stalks
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp sugar

Step 1
Cut rhubarb in 1 inch pieces. Place in 3 inch baking dish with water and sugar. Cover with goil and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Serve chilled with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
