Ingredients
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 T. sugar
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1 T. finely grated fresh ginger
- 1 fresh red Thai or cayenne chile, seeded and minced
- 1 T. toasted sesame oil
- 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin, trimmed and cut into 1" pieces

Step 1
Whisk soy sauce and sugar until sugar is completely dissolved. Stir in garlic, ginger, chile and oil. Place pork in plastic bag. Add marinade, seal bag and coat pork. Refrigerate 2 hours, turning occasionally. Heat grill and cook 3 to 5 minutes per side.
