• 4 Large Potatoes in Cubes
• 1/2 Chopped Onion
• 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 tsp Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp Chili Powder
• 1/2 tsp Salt

Mix ingredients in a baking dish. Cover with Plastic wrap, venting 2 corners. Microwave on high 7 minutes or until tender. Serve with sour cream.
