Banana Split Cake
- Graham cracker crust:
- Box Graham crackers crushed
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 6 baanas
- 2 Cups powdered sugar
- 2 eggs 1 stick butter
- 1 large carton cool whip
- cherries and nuts for garnish if desired
Preparation time 25mins
Cooking time 25mins
Make graham cracker crust. Put into 13x9 cake pan.
Drain the juice of the large can of crushed pineapple into a bowl.
Slice 6 bananas lengthwise and soak in pineapple juice.
Mix powdered sugar, eggs and 1 stick butter at highest speed of mixer. Will become runny if mixed too long.
Spread mixture over crust.
Place sliced bananas over mixture.
Spread drained pineapple over bananas
Spread 1 large carton cool whip over pineapple.
Top with cherries and nuts if desired. Chill several hours. May freeze and thaw if desired.
